The new era of customer relationships
When we launched Relate last October it was with the goal of helping businesses gain a better understanding of changing business models, consumer expectations, how technologies are evolving, and how all this affects the relationships we have with our customers, our coworkers, and our community.
Mikkel Svane, CEO of Zendesk, has kicked off each of our Relate Live conferences with a keynote address that explores how this transformation is reshaping the future of customer service and engagement, and what you can do to build customer trust, loyalty, and evangelism for the long haul.
Here is Mikkel's keynote from Relate Live San Francisco on May 11th, 2016.
Mikkel is also joined by musician Andrew McMahon and his sister Kate McMahon, a Corporate Sales Manager at Zendesk, to discuss Andrew's triumph over leukemia, the inspiring support Andrew received from his community of fans, and Dear Jack Foundation, which Andrew founded to help fight adolescent and young adult cancer.
